Settle AI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Settle AI. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Settle AI. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Settle AI for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and applicable app store rules.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt service, or probe systems.
• Do not use the app to violate laws or third-party rights.
• Do not reverse engineer except where permitted by law.

Subscriptions and Purchases

If Settle AI offers purchases, those purchases may be processed by Apple or Google. Pricing, billing, and refunds are subject to the applicable app store policies.

Disclaimers

Settle AI is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement unless required otherwise by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Settle AI if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles, except where prohibited by law.
